HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU
Thea Collective now delivers practical, trauma-aware support across Scotland for care-experienced young people and those facing barriers to stability.
Through drop-ins, structured sessions, specialist workshops, and personalised long-term planning, we support young people with employability, life skills, confidence, identity, and future direction. From interview preparation to budgeting, goal setting, and navigating adulthood without a safety net, our focus is steady, consistent support that creates real momentum.
We are not a quick intervention. We are a bridge.
The Open Room - Open Access Sessions
Our drop in sessions provide an informal space to talk, plan, and figure things out.
You can come in with something specific or just knowing you need support but not sure where to start. We help with practical next steps, signposting, and steady guidance.
No pressure. No judgement. Just real support.
Specialist Sessions
We run focused sessions designed to build practical skills and confidence in key areas, including:
Interview preparation
CV building
Budgeting and financial awareness
Workplace expectations
Communication and boundaries
Identity and self-belief
Sessions can be delivered individually or in small groups.
Employability & Workplace Readiness
We support young people to access, secure, and sustain employment by helping them:
Build strong CVs
Prepare for interviews
Understand workplace culture
Develop professional confidence
Plan realistic career steps
Our focus is long-term stability, not short-term placements.
Opening Doors
Opening Doors is a structured pilot programme designed to provide consistent, supported progression for care-experienced young people.
It combines practical employability skills, life skills development, and long-term planning support to help participants move forward with clarity and confidence.
We are building this programme with sustainability and measurable impact in mind.
Thea Collective Notebook
Our notebook is designed as a practical companion to sessions and programmes. It includes reflection prompts, planning tools, goal-setting pages, and exercises focused on confidence and direction.
It supports young people to think long-term and track their own growth.
