SUPPORTING YOUNG
PEOPLE INTO ADULTHOOD
Real support. Real structure. Real direction.
Thea Collective delivers practical, in-person and virtual support across Scotland for care-experienced young people and those stepping into adulthood without a steady support system around them.
We focus on building confidence, life skills, employability, and long-term planning, not quick fixes.
What We Actually Do
Leaving care or navigating adulthood without consistent support can feel overwhelming. It’s not just simply about finding a job and managing bills. It’s about knowing who you are, where you’re going, and how to build something stable.
That’s where we come in.
We provide structured, steady support that helps people move forward with clarity and confidence.
What this is not
It’s not therapy. It’s not crisis response. It’s not “have you tried this?” advice. It’s not another service that disappears once you seem fine. And no, we’re not going to tell you to take deep breaths and make a cup of tea.
The Impact
This support builds the things most people take for granted. Confidence that isn’t fragile. The ability to make decisions without second-guessing every move.
Practical skills that make everyday life and work feel manageable instead of overwhelming. It creates space to think long-term, to plan properly, and to believe that stability is actually possible.
Not just getting a job, but keeping one. Not just setting goals, but following through. Not just surviving week to week, but building something steady enough to stand on.
For professionals
How Thea Collective
works with you
Thea Collective is designed to sit alongside existing statutory provision, not replace it.
Thea Collective provides relational, structured support for care-experienced young people aged 16 to 25 who are living independently or preparing to do so.
We provide consistent, practical support that strengthens confidence, life skills, employability, and long-term planning.
Support can be delivered through:
Time-limited commissioned work
Pilot programmes
Integrated delivery within existing pathways
Partnership-based collaboration
We are clear about scope, expectations, and communication from the outset.
If you are looking for grounded, consistent support that complements statutory services rather than competes with them, we welcome a conversation.
